All the dreams I have prayed you'd be, are all the things you are.
All things grow better with love.

At the end of your life, you will never regret not having passed one more test,
not winning one more verdict, or not closing one more deal.
You will regret time not spent with a husband, a friend, a child or a parent.

Being there for each other
The best thing to spend on kids is TIME!
The best thing parents can do for their children is to love each other.
Be very good to your children - they will be picking out your nursing home.
The best thing to give your enemy is forgiveness
To an opponent, tolerance
To a friend, your heart
To a child, a good example
To a father, loyalty
To your mother, conduct that will make her proud of you
To your family, support
To yourself, respect
To all others, charity
The biggest mistake parents make is forgetting to let kids be kids.
Give them the time and place to be crazy, loud, silly, bold and creative.
If we, as adults did this once in a while we would reopen that playful,
creative place that has been closed off by responsibilities and worry.

A day in the life
A daughter is just a little girl who grows up to be a friend.
A daughter brings sunshine to brighten your day.
A daughter brings joy through her loving ways.
A daughter is a blessing that comes from above.
A special and beautiful treasure to love.
Each day of our lives we make deposits in the memory banks of our children.

Each of us will always be a part of the other.
Even though you are in my home for a short time
You are in my heart forever.
Every time a child is born, so is a grandmother.
A face without freckles is like a night without stars.
Lord bless the family that I love And comfort them each day.
As daytime turns to nighttime, Please bring them peace. I pray!
When morning comes tomorrow, Let all their cares be small.
Guide them with your wisdom. LORD Bless them with your love.
Family/brothers/sisters/grandparents are a special hug from GOD.

A family grows one smile at a time.
The family is a haven in a heartless world.

A family is quilted and bound with love and grace.

Favorite times, family and friends, share the love passed now and then.
A loving gesture, kindhearted deed, saying thanks or asking please.
It's little things that make the world go round,
from friend to friend pass it on.
Few things are more satisfying then watching your children deal with their own teenagers.

Hugs and Kisses, Stars for Wishes
I am only as strong as the coffee I drink,
the hairspray I use and the friends and family I have in my corner.
I like to walk with Grandma and Grandpa
Their steps are short like mine.
They never say "Now Hurry Up!" they always take their time.
Most people have to hurry, they never stop to see.
I'm so glad that God made grandparents "unrushed" and young like me.
I looked on child rearing not only as a work of love and duty but as a
profession that was fully as interesting and challenging as any honorable
profession in the world and one that demanded the best that I could bring to it.

If I Knew…
If I knew it would be the last time
That I'd see you fall asleep,
I would tuck you in more tightly
and pray the Lord, your soul to keep.
If I knew it would be the last time
that I see you walk out the door,
I would give you a hug and kiss
and call you back for one more.
If I knew it would be the last time
I'd hear your voice lifted up in praise,
I would video tape each action and word,
so I could play them back day after day.
If I knew it would be the last time,
I could spare an extra minute
to stop and say "I love you,"
instead of assuming you would KNOW I do.
If I knew it would be the last time
I would be there to share your day,
Well I'm sure you'll have so many more,
so I can let just this one slip away.
For surely there's always tomorrow
to make up for an oversight,
and we always get a second chance
to make everything just right.
There will always be another day
to say "I love you,"
And certainly there's another chance
to say our "Anything I can do?"
But just in case I might be wrong,
and today is all I get,
I'd like to say how much I love you
and I hope we never forget.
Tomorrow is not promised to anyone,
young or old alike,
And today may be the last chance
you get to hold your loved one tight.
So if you're waiting for tomorrow,
why not do it today?
For if tomorrow never comes,
you'll surely regret the day,
That you didn't take that extra time
for a smile, a hug, or a kiss
and you were too busy to grant someone,
what turned out to be their one last wish.
So hold your loved ones close today,
and whisper in their ear,
Tell them how much you love them
and that you'll always hold them dear
Take time to say "I'm sorry,"
"Please forgive me," "Thank you," or "It's okay."
And if tomorrow never comes,
you'll have no regrets about today.
If One Day…
If one day you feel like crying… Call me.
I don't promise that I will make you laugh, But I can cry with you.
If one day you want to run away- Don't be afraid to call me.
I don't promise to ask you to stop… But I can run with you.
If one day you don't want to listen to anyone… Call me.
I promise to be there for you. And I promise to be very quiet.
But if one day you call… And there is no answer…
Come fast to see me. Maybe I need you.
If I ever ignored you. I'm Sorry…
If I ever made you feel bad or put you down. I'm Sorry…
If I ever thought I was bigger or better than you. I Luv You…
Don't ever forget that! Through bad times and good,
I'll always be here for you.
I am Sorry… For everything wrong I've ever done.
I'm writing this because what if tomorrow never comes?
What if I never get to say good-bye or give you a BIG hug?
What if i never get to say I'm sorry or I love you?
Because what if tomorrow never comes?

Made with Love
A woman's mid-life crisis:
Mid-life is when the growth of hair on our legs slows down.
This gives us plenty of time to care for our newly acquired mustache.
In mid-life women no longer have upper arms, we have wing spans.
We are no longer women in sleeveless shirts, we are flying squirrels in drag.
Mid-life is when you can stand naked in front of a mirror and you can see your
rear without turning around.
Mid-life is when you go for a mammogram and you realize that this is the only
time someone will ask you to appear topless.
Mid-life is when you want to grab every firm young lovely in a tube top and
scream, "Listen honey, even the Roman empire fell and those will too."
Mid-life brings wisdom to know that life throws us curves and we're sitting on
our biggest ones.
Mid-life is when you look at your know-it-all,
beeper-wearing teenager and think: "For this I have stretch marks?"
In mid-life your memory starts to go.
In fact the only thing we can retain is water.
Mid-life means that your Body By Jake now includes Legs By Rand McNally --
more red and blue lines than an accurately scaled map of Wisconsin .
Mid-life means that you become more reflective .
You start pondering the "big" questions. What is life? Why am I here?
How much Healthy Choice ice cream can I eat before it's no longer a healthy choice?
But mid-life also brings with it an appreciation for what is important.
We realize that breasts sag, hips expand and chins double,
but our loved ones make the journey worthwhile.
Would any of you trade the knowledge that you have now,
for the body you had way back when? Maybe our bodies simply have to expand to
hold all the wisdom and love we've acquired.
That's my philosophy and I'm sticking with it!
Mirror Mirror on the wall, I've become my mother after all.
- Harry Potter
My sister and I, friends are we, Best of friends we'll always be.

Our Family is a circle of love and strength.
With every birth and every union, the circle grows.
Every joy shared, adds more love.
Every crisis faced together makes the circle stronger.
Our family is like the branches of a tree.
We may grow in different directions yet our roots remain stable.
Our family tree is rooted in love!

there is space for disappointment - and surprise.

A sister is someone to share joys and hopes,
A keeper of secrets and your deepest dreams,
One whom we can always be ourselves with.
A supporting fan, a shoulder to cry on,
And a partner in life's ups and downs.
My sister…my best friend!!
Sisters are for sharing laughter and wiping tears.
Sisters together friends forever.

Some people come into our lives and quickly go.
Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts and we are never the same.
Spread love everywhere you go: first of all in your own house.
Give love to your children, to your wife or husband, to a next door neighbor.
Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier.
Be the living expression of God's kindness; kindness in your face,
kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile, kindness in your warm greeting.

There would be fewer spoiled children if you could just spank the grandparents!

Through the years you've always been there,
with love and support beyond compare.
You gave direction and showed the way,
making me the person I am today.
With love in your heart you always have time,
to share your feelings while mending mine.
These memories we have will endure forever.
I thank God for you and the times we treasure.
We are Family. I've got all my sisters and me.

We laugh, cry, talk, listen, and understand each other better than anyone else.
We share the same memories and life events.
And when even one of us is hurting, we gather together to hold and heal.
There is no family like ours!
We put the FUN in dysfunctional family
We've shared so much laughter, shared so many tears.
We've a spiritual bond that grows stronger each year.
We're not sisters by birth but we knew from the start,
God put us together to be sisters of the heart.

You are the apple of my eye.
You can't scare me… I have a two year old/ I have a teenager.
You make me laugh… listen to me and lift my spirit.
You need Algebra just so you can help your child with his 4th grade homework.
You were once my little girl/boy and now you're my shining star.
You were first a brother, then a bother, and now a friend.
You're always an angel, caring and sweet.
Being your friend/mom/sister is a special treat.
You have changed my life in many ways.
Your smile brightens every day.
Your life has been a lesson in love.
Because of all the love you share and the caring things you do.
It teaches us to reach out and help, to fix what is broken.
With love alone you have changed my life and for that I'm truly grateful.
